2.2 Identity Verification

ah444 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Required documents may include:

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
Bonuses cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
ah444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the closure of the relevant account and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings received. Such behavior includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts and receiving multiple bonuses from the same household.
